All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or invoice number.  No returns, core credits, refunds or exchanges after 30 days.  To receive core credits - Items must be Rebuildable.  Damaged items must be reported to UPS immediatley.  Claims for shortages must be made within 5 five days of the receipt.  All returns are subject to a 20% handling and restocking charge.
