If a shipment arrives damaged it must be reported to UPS immediately. Any claim for shortages on your order must be made within five (5) days of receipt of order. On all Cadillacs built from the late '20s to the late '70s, a data plate was mounted in the engine compartment (on the firewall). The information on that plate will be useful to you and is essential to us in order to be able to supply you with the correct parts for your Cadillac.
